First time visitor to SONA? This is the treatment for you! Together we will have an in-depth conversation and review of your skin health history, concerns and skin goals. Consultation will be followed with your first Custom Facial with FREE Oxygen and/or LED therapy

Cancellation Policy

SONA Skin Studio requires 48 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment time. A credit card will be held on file for all clients and will only be charged in the following instances: Any cancellations or changes within 48 hours will be subject to a late cancellation/rebooking fee of $50. Appointment no-shows will be charged a $100 no-show fee. Anyone that has previously no-showed an appointment will be required to pay for future appointment in full upon booking. SONA has a 10 minute grace period. Your treatment time will be shortened in order to not affect following clients and appointment times. Any clients who are later than 10 minutes will be marked as a no-show and no-show fee and policies will be applicable. Thank you for your understanding! All first time clients require a $100 deposit to secure their appointment time. This can be paid via E-transfer or credit card. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your treatment.
